We got married at Pencarrow House in June 2025. We booked in Oct 2023 and from the point of booking felt the service and experience have been amazing. Nico & Jasmine are both fantastic people who know how to host a wedding! Both so knowledgeable and supportive giving guidance where needed.
Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives and the staff at Pencarrow made it happen beyond our expectations. Nico recommended great suppliers who all loved working at Pencarrow and knew the grounds so well which helped make the day flow seamlessly. Nico helped guide our planning by helping our indecisive moments with her knowledge and approach.
If we could get married again we wouldn’t change a thing.

They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything ran like clockwork while maintaining a wonderfully happy and cheerful atmosphere throughout. Nico, in particular, was amazing from our very first meeting right through to the last moments of the day, always on hand to answer any questions we had. From our first meeting with Nico I knew that we would be very well looked after whilst having our wedding at Pencarrow house and gardens. Both Nico and Jasmine were amazing at answering all of my silly questions in the wedding planning process, offering help with caterers when my original one fell through. And were brilliant at liaising with vendors in the run-up to the wedding to make sure people were arriving when they need to be, setting up properly and answering their questions directly. This saved me a lot of stress in the run-up to the big day. On the day of my wedding, the weather was looking mixed, but Nico had arranged extra gazebos, a separate disabled portaloo close to the marquee and did her best to keep me calm stating the wedding would be amazing despite the weather. She went above and beyond and being able to organise bumper cars for my wedding, finding the supplier and organising everything with him, which truly made an unforgettable experience for my wedding guests. The venue is stunning, and the on-site accommodation was perfect after ending the night in the nightcap bar in the woods. The yurts were spacious, clean, had amazingly comfy beds and the fireplaces were lit in the evening so it was nice and warm when we went to bed.
The communication from this team was top-notch, made planning my wedding so much easier and for that I am truly thankful!

We had our wedding with Nico and her team at Pencarrow House and it was the perfect day. From our first look around the venue, Nico was so warm and welcoming, showing us everything the venue had to offer and the many styles of weddings we could have had. She listened to our ideas and got cracking straight away with our vision.
We had a festival style wedding with food vans, fire pits and games. It was a relaxing process from organising the wedding to the actual day.
There was always a fast and helpful reply to any information we needed and was great to get advice off of.
The day itself was completely stress free and flowed from start to finish. Myself and my husband felt so relaxed during the day knowing everything was taken care of.
I would recommend Nico and her team to any future couples looking for a venue. Not only is the venue itself so versatile, so is the team. The love and care this group put into the day shines through and makes it so special. Thank you for the best day of our lives.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding than Pencarrow House & Gardens. Pencarrow was the very first option we looked at, and from the moment we drove down the mile-long carriageway and stepped onto the grounds, we knew this was the place where our forever would begin. The natural beauty of the venue, with its stunning gardens and architecture, provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The option of continuing the celebration into the early hours of the morning in our own private woodland sealed the deal!
Nico and the team at Pencarrow went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless, from seamless coordination with our vendors to warm hospitality extended to our guests. Every detail was thoughtfully and calmly taken care of, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the day.

The best wedding weekend ever, and all of our guests agree. This is thanks to the great team and Pencarrow! Nico and Jasmine were an absolute pleasure and were so open to our quirky ideas—nothing was out of the question. If you want a venue with different aspects and vibes, beautiful views, and the most fun atmosphere, Pencarrow is the one!!
We got married at the beautiful arbor with a string quartet and then moved our guests to the front of the house for canapés, funk music, and lawn games. After a great time here, we paraded our guests to the marquee (which was just beautiful) for our buffet wedding breakfast and dance floor. The best thing about Pencarrow is the party didn't stop after the DJ. We wanted to carry the night on, so we partied into the early morning at the nightcap bar and the glamping site. Nico and Jasmine were so friendly, and all our guests loved them.
The next day, we set up a BBQ, and the campfire was prepared for us in the evening where we enjoyed music, s'mores, and sparklers! A weekend to remember—all our guests want us to get married at Pencarrow every year!!

From the moment we began looking at venues for our special day, Weddings at Pencarrow stood out – and now, having had the wedding of our dreams, we can wholeheartedly say that choosing it was a great decision.
Pencarrow is a place of magical contrast. The manor house has a timeless elegance that made us feel like we were in Bridgerton! The stunning gardens provided a gorgeous backdrop for our photographs. Then, as day turned to evening, the marquee in the walled garden transformed our celebration into a fun, chilled out party – it was like stepping into a private festival, perfectly blending sophistication with our sense of fun!
Throughout planning process and on the big day itself, Jasmine was an absolute gem. Her clear communication during the lead-up was reassuring. On the day, her presence was soothing; she managed every detail with grace, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly.
Nico was the maestro of coordination, overseeing each element with a keen eye and supportive guidance. The peace of mind knowing every aspect was being expertly managed allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day.

Pencarrow is a stunning venue and looks great in all our wedding photos. We had planned to get married outside but the weather was not so great on the day, so we got married inside the house - which looking back we are glad for.
Getting married inside the house made our ceremony feel intimate and the period décor added to the charm and romance of the day. Our guests loved exploring the grounds, camping in-style in the bell tents, and having a drink at the end of the evening in the nightcap bar.
Nico, Jasmine, and the team were fantastic with us and our guests over the weekend and we were very well looked after. There was sufficient staff on the bar, so guests were not kept waiting for drinks and the drink prices were very reasonable. We are so happy that we booked Pencarrow for our wedding!

From our first contact with Weddings at Pencarrow we could never have imagined how utterly perfect our Wedding Day would become. From sipping bubbles in the stunning manicured gardens to toasting in the sumptuous hand painted marquee, playing lawn games and dancing under the stars with our guests, from start to finish Weddings at Pencarrow provided the most wonderful backdrop for our special day.
Not only is the setting stunning, but Nico and her team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was flawless. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our vision made the planning process seamless and stress-free. Nico and her team clearly have an exemplary reputation amongst other wedding suppliers, a reputation they deserve and have worked hard to maintain. From coordinating suppliers to accommodating special requests, they helped execute the entire day with grace, expertise, style and good humour.

Jasmine, Nico and all the team did a lovely job of making sure our day was exactly what we dreamed it would be. The venue is beautiful and unique and being able to camp in the lovely boutique camping field with all our favourite people perfectly topped off our brilliant day.
We are so happy that we booked Pencarrow, the whole experience was so enjoyable from start to finish, the team are very professionals and genuinely nothing seemed to faze them. We would happily highly recommend this venue to other couples, they would not be disappointed.

We had a strong preference to bring our own eclectic mix of alcohol (!) and we really appreciated the flexibility and effort you put into allow that to happen. From everyones arrival at the welcome drinks outside the main house to moving guests over to the marque, and the setup of the late night bar, every element and detail was taken care of for us and it really made it a stress-free and truly incredible experience.
A huge thank you to you Nico and Jasmine, and to your team Jimmy and Daisy, and anyone else who was putting in the hard work behind the scenes. We will always be very grateful to you and to Pencarrow for helping us have such a wonderful, perfect wedding day at such a unique and outstanding venue.
Of course Covid then hit, and Nico and her staff supported us through one, and then two postponements. Just a few months before our third date, we had a major rethink of our plans and decided to scale down our ceremony to a small 35 person event (we had got legally married in the interim). None of this was ever a problem for Nico and her team, who remained so friendly and understanding throughout (I'm sure they, like everyone in events, had had a tough couple of years, and it would have been easy for them to make the postponements and changes difficult for us).
When the day finally came, everything went without a hitch and we enjoyed a beautiful ceremony by the arch, a reception in front of the house, a meal in the cafe courtyard and a little party in the cafe. It was great to have Nico and her team there to make sure things (and people) were in the right place at the right time. Everything was exactly how we imagined it to be and we have had so many nice comments from guests. We are so glad that we finally had our day, and that we chose Pencarrow all those years ago for our wedding. Thank you Nico and your team, it's been such a journey that we've been on together!

Our wedding day surpassed every expectation we had, and all our guests (no exaggeration) said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. And we have all been to a lot of weddings at this point! The scale of Pencarrow means that it feels like you're getting three wedding venues in one - from the beautiful ceremony in front of the wisteria laden arbor, to the gardens in front of the house where we had champagne and canapés and then we hopped into our authentic Indian tuktuk to drive over to the walled gardens where the marquee awaited for the rest of the night. And that's not even including the Nightcap bar in the woods where we partied with our silent disco headsets until 4am. We had festival flags lining the way to our tent, we had a children's tent set up for the little ones which was absolutely gorgeous.
We had a pizza truck the night before for our camping guests - sorry GLAMPING - very much glamping, particularly for the bride and groom in our beautiful yurt.
I cannot say enough about how much we loved our venue, and the pride we felt at how many of our guests praised it for how beautiful it was, and its originality - we were allowed to totally put our stamp on the whole day, and Nico and Jasmine worked tirelessly to help us bring it to life. Thank you so much to the team at Pencarrow for truly the best day of our life.

Where do I start - Nico is a dream! Her vision for all the weddings at Pencarrow House is inspirational and yet her attitude and excitement to give you the most perfect, totally bespoke day is extraordinary. No idea was too much trouble, no ask too big.. to say we pushed her and her team to her limits, is probably not an understatement.. and yet the smile remained. Her knowledge of all the best local suppliers too is super useful - we went with all her recommendations and were thrilled. We had the most incredibly perfect wedding day, we lost count of how many of our guests told us this was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Waking down the aisle to the arbour, whilst being heckled by peacocks(!), surrounded by the sounds of birds and bees, the ceremony at the arbour was magical. Then we held the reception up by the lake which we all absolutely loved and yet I'm sure was a logistical nightmare. Followed by dinner in the stunning Indian tent and dancing the night away in the woods for the after party, to wake up in a stunning bridal yurt, this venue truly has it all. ow - and going down the drive on your wedding day.. it doesn't get more epic and arrival then that! A huge thank you to Nico and her team for making June 1st 2019 truly the best day of our lives X

As a 41 year old bride with no lifelong “dream” wedding venue, dress or anything else to do with wedding day goals, you can’t imagine my delight at the discovery of the gem that is Pencarrow House on my doorstep! I knew from the first visit that It was to be the beginning of my wholly enjoyable wedding planning journey.
With its perfectly maintained gardens surrounding the house itself, Pencarrow is steeped in history and timeless charm, juxtaposed by the awesome addition of the festival style yurts and bell tents that are tucked away by the stunning wedding marquee, Pencarrow provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
Nico and her team worked tirelessly throughout the planning to ensure all our needs and wants were met and delivered in an effortlessly professional yet personal way. This approach made sure that our day ran as smoothly as it did (the whole wedding has been the subject of many a conversation in the days and weeks after). Pencarrow is the perfect balance of stately home charm and bohemian/festival chic. The perfect weather even appeared to have been ordered on our perfect day. We want to do it all again! All the guests had a riot, some even saying it’s the best wedding they’ve been to! Glowing reviews for the venue as a whole, they were all very impressed with it’s beauty and really liked the transition from big posh house to laid back, relaxed marquee. The welly wanging was quite the hit!

If we could change one thing about our wedding day – it would only be that we could do it all again. From the instant, we found Pencarrow online we knew it would be the place for us – visiting the site and meeting Nico confirmed it.
Our aim was to evoke the spirit of the very best bits of Cornwall on our wedding day, and Pencarrow certainly delivered.
Everyone has their own style – but the fantastic thing about getting married here is that you have all the benefits of an established venue combined with the flexibility to tailor the day in a way that is bespoke to you.
Being positioned in London could have provided difficult to organise a wedding, but thanks to Nico and her team, it certainly wasn’t. They are simply amazing, constantly on hand to help throughout the run up and on the big day itself to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
After a ceremony on the lawn facing the beautiful backdrop of the gardens and the house, we ducked inside just as it started to rain to listen to our first band while canapés, photos and cocktails commenced. Nico’s team then led the way across the walled garden to the beautiful Indian print Marquee, lit up across the lawn surrounded by fairy lights and bonfires where we continued the reception.
The very best bit of Pencarrow– outside of the amazing setting and fab team is the fact that the party never has to end. After an amazing evening in the marquee, we picked our way through the glamorous campsite to the woodland nightcap bar where we danced away what was left of the night under the starts surrounded by our friends, before collapsing into our yurt. It sounds bohemian to say you camped the night of your wedding – we did but in reality, it couldn’t not have been more lux!
Everyone has commented on the beautiful setting and what a fun the wedding was, I know we are biased but we agree! I wish we could take all the credit but so much of it is down to the venue we chose and the team who helped us bring it to life. Thank you!

We were enchanted by Pencarrow from the offset. It was the first wedding venue we viewed and nothing came remotely close. We were particularly excited about the Indian marquee, which took hardly any decorating because it is just so beautiful. The lead up was made super stress-free by Nico, who always answered our questions and helped with any requests.
It was a truly magical day. We did not even notice the rain! It was everything we wanted it to be and our guests had a brilliant time too. Our absolute favourite part was when Nico announced we could move our silent disco to the forest, where our night cap bar had been set up. We danced until 4am around the fire before heading into our bridal yurt, with log fire lit and waiting for us.
I wish we could do it over and over again!!

I hired pencarrow house and gardens for my Venetian themed 40th birthday party this year. From the long drive down to the beautiful house and gardens, it just set the scene perfectly. The whole place including the marquee , to the camping was just incredible. All of the amazing touches that were added, just brought everything together, all of which exceeded my expectations. This was hugely down to Nico and her team. Nico allowed me to do all of what I imagined, and also with her knowledge and vision, made it even more special. Nico was so helpful and sorted so much out for me, that there was no stress, during the planning, and the actual party. Everything was taken care of by her and the team. It was a birthday I will never forget. All because of the kindness and warmth and professionalism of all involved at Pencarrow house and gardens.

A wonderful place to get married! From the sweeping driveway, through to the beautifully maintained gardens and dramatic backdrop of Pencarrow House, this place was everything we wanted for our wedding day (and more). We always wanted to get married outside beneath the Arbor with its stunning backdrop of Wisteria. Even though we were at the mercy of the weather, the staff were always supportive in ensuring that we had a contingency plan should the elements work against us – having exclusive use of the stunning house really took the pressure off. Nico and her staff were so flexible and allowed us to tailor the day the way we wanted it, whilst being sure to come up with really helpful ideas and doing all of the leg work to get us to the big day. It was so much easier than we thought it would be and that is testament to Nico and her team. The big day soon arrived and sure enough so did the threat of rain! No problem for Nico, she was on hand at all times to make sure that we were ready for anything. Despite the threat of rain, Nico worked tirelessly to ensure our ceremony was delivered as we had imagined, outside beneath the Arbour. The use of the house and Pencarrow’s staff to serve drinks and co-ordinate our catering team worked perfectly. It most certainly was the best day of our lives!

We fell in love with Pencarrow the first time we visited, and knew this was where we wanted to get married. After contacting the venue we were introduced to Nico and her team. We were lucky enough to be one of the first couples to get married in the new marquee, and saw how Nico transformed the field into a magical wonderland. Nico was very hands on and was able to answer all of our questions, and gave us lots of advice. The venue is stunning and little decoration is needed. We opted to camp and we’re so pleased we did. The yurt was beautiful and had lots of little personal touches. A few of our guests camped with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable, many regretted not camping! Our wedding day was perfect, even in the rain, and that was all thanks to Nico and her team at Pencarrow.

Nico and the team at Pencarrow were fab! They were so flexible and accommodating with everything in the build up: liaising with our various suppliers, allowing us to decorate the marquee and worked so hard on the day to coordinate everything. We had torrential rain and barely noticed. "Plan B" was executed seamlessly with no fuss; no mean feat with 170 rowdy guests! Pencarrow is a stunning venue, the marquee is magical, and even IF the weather is biblical you will have the most wonderful day!”

Our wedding at Pencarrow was quite honestly perfect. From the moment we met Nico, as she toured us around the stunning grounds and helped us visualise the possibilities for the Big Day, we knew we had found our location. We had another six venue appointments that weekend and went home and cancelled them all. We’d already seen most of what Cornwall has to offer due to having postponed the wedding for a year simply because we hadn’t found what we were looking for; somewhere beautiful and surrounded in nature, but flexible in approach and with the ability to make it feel very personal to us. Pencarrow met, and far exceeded all of these wants. Nico’s brilliant and creative mind, along with her background in art direction for the film industry allows her to visualise your perfect day and make suggestions you might not have considered yourself. You’ll find little surprises and finishing touches along every path you explore. We can certainly say that without Nico and her amazing team the weekend we’d dreamed of wouldn’t have been possible. People say that all the time, but truly, without them we wouldn’t have had the outdoor ceremony in front of wisteria covered in butterflies, the posh welcome drinks and canapés on the lawn, the brilliant party with a late licence in a gorgeous marquee (I’ve never described a marquee as gorgeous before, but this one actually is), the giant glamping village, the secret afterparty around the campfire in the woods, fresh breakfast hampers, slices of wood for the cake table; the list could go on... From the big and somewhat unconventional requests to the small things, nothing was too much trouble. A few months on now, we still have friends and family telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Obviously, we agree! One last thing, book the bridal yurt. It’s more than worth it.

We just wanted to say a great big “Thank You” to you and the team at Pencarrow, for making our wedding absolutely perfect! Pencarrow was so beautiful, we couldn’t have wished for a more lovely setting. All the flowers were in full bloom. It was absolutely magical, from the moment I stepped into the horse and carriage at the top of the drive! The tea rooms fitted our 50 guests perfectly and had the perfect relaxed country feel we were looking for. The children loved the play area and the peacocks and chickens all added to the scenery and entertainment. All our guests have said what a wonderful day they had. Everything ran so smoothly, which I know is mainly down to the hard work put in behind the scenes while we were all enjoying ourselves. Giving us a lift to our hotel at midnight, after our vintage car let us down, was truly above and beyond. No-one wants to be stranded at midnight in a wedding dress! Thank you again, it was all we dreamed of and more.
